Try hoka trainers. I recently bought a pair and they’re like walking on clouds. Buy second hand ones first (on Vinted) just to try them out, in case they don’t work for you. But they definitely help me. They were recommended by a podiatrist I recently went to see having suffered with PF pain for four years!
TalentedSpinach5392 you can buy hokas brooks or asics wear them for months and return them better than second hand shoes
TalentedSpinach5392 trainers? What does that mean?
they’re trainers (I’m in the UK - or possibly you call them sneakers if you’re in the USA). Google them.
TalentedSpinach5392 ok ...I thought so. Sneakers
Me to im in agony nobody seems to be helping me
I’m currently rotating asics gel Kayano & fitflop dash trainers for work where I do 8 hour days in retail. Heel still hurts a bit at end of day but not causing me to limp x
