Hello everyone, This is my first time here. What are your thoughts on getting the system from the Good Feet Store. They come with 3 inserts to wear, and a very pricey investment. It feels like my arches have gotten worse. I’m so discouraged and disappointed because I start back teaching on campus at the end of August. I got used to tem in an hour .never saved the brand name and it’s not on record I’ve bought several pairs since, but don’t seemed to be as good I’ll be honest I am on Nex Mamas_sore_feet So I was strength training for an hour a day, then walking 5 miles. I did this 5 days a week. My feet started hurting but I pushed through and like when you get in the best shape… I got pregnant. My feet got way worse and swollen and I took it up to pregnancy. I am 7 months postpartum. And the tops of my feet are still swollen while nothing else is, Humps on them! And walking/standing is miserable. I am at a lost on what to do. So many contradictions. Not sure if a podiatrist Cassy Kritcher Need shoe or insole suggestions  I am working in a factory four days a week for 10 hour shifts and I am on concrete the whole time standing and I’m in excruciating pain and I have no relief and I just got new shoes on Sunday (“sketcher delights” with memory foam insoles) and it’s not helping me. I have a medium arch in my feet. I don’t know what kind of insoles to get and I don’t know what kind of shoes to get. I need relief so badly. Chatgpt says thats the support and its normal and ill get used to it. Its right in the middle of the arch. Back 1/3 rd of foot 1 to 2 in infront of the heel.
