Hello! I’ve been diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis since 2 mo

Hello! I’ve been diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis since 2 months now. I was wondering if anybody got the cortisone shot and what the cons of it were. I know it works for some people & doesn’t for others. I was reading about the shot and I saw that there was a risk of thinning the fat on the heels with the shots so that was a concern of mine. Please tell me about your cortisone shot experiences
