Help please! I had a steroid injection in my heel yesterday
Help please! I had a steroid injection in my heel yesterday done under ultrasound for plantar fasciitis since last April. I was told it would be painful, yes it was, very. I never want another one. I was told to take paracetamol as it would hurt when the anesthesia wore off. Nothing has prepared me for the pain I'm feeling from 2am this morning, I can't even put my foot to the floor. Can't walk, the pain is unbearable. Has anyone else experienced this after a steroid injection?
