Hey everyone! I’m 36 and joined this group a while ago but never really posted. After dealing with plantar fasciitis for so long and trying pretty much everything, I finally had plantar fascia release surgery. I won’t lie recovery with the boot and time off my feet was tough but it’s been the only thing that truly gave me relief. I’m finally starting to feel like myself again without constant pain.
