Hi all, I’m new here I’ve had plantar fasciitis for a couple

Hi all, I’m new here I’ve had plantar fasciitis for a couple of years now. Have the boot for one foot but it’s in both feet now. Waiting for another appointment with a consultant. My question is does anyone else get bruising on their feet? If I am on my feet for a few hours I can hardly walk once home, later on I can almost guarantee they’ll start bruising which then keeps me off my feet for a couple of days with the pain. I’ve tried the cold water/freeze bags & warm water
