Hi everyone have been diagnosed with Plantar fasciitis in one foot . Saw a podiatrist and he decided taping my foot with sports tape which I will keep on for at least four days. So yesterday I invested in shoes from an orthopaedic shoe shop, wide fitting and wide toe area
