Hi Everyone. I have had Plantar fasciitis for over eight months now. It's incredibly painful as you probably all know. My podiatrist also believes I have nerve damage due to tingling as well as pain. My question is after buying appropriate foot wear and getting orthodics, do I just wear these shoes (Milanzo running/walking shoes) all the time or can I use my orthodics in other shoes?
