High Arches How high would you clarify the arch in my foot?

High Arches How high would you clarify the arch in my foot? I'm due for PF release surgery to help my arch collapse, and wondered how anyone got on with the same surgery? Phil Duffy Genuinely curious if anyone has ever actually cured their PF? Or is it just once you get it you’ll never get rid of it. And you’ll waste a suitcase of money on random junk trying to get rid of it. Tracy Galer I wear my flip flops my feet are fine. Moment I wear my tennis shoes my feet hurt and everything else . Ugh Bren Loukes Day three - post op open fasciotomy. I’ve stayed on a tight schedule of alternating every two hours Tylenol, ibuprofen, and 5 mg Oxycodone the first 36 hours. Slept well last night. Toes have thawed out. I do feel pain when I move them and a heavy feeling in the foot but manageable. Have three Oxy left for tonight and am making it through the day on ibuprofen and Tylenol and ice behind my knee. Only up to go to the bathroom. Foot elevated. Hardest part is staying comfy in bed for so long. Kristine Marie DiBartolomeo Has anyone else been completely disappointed with seeing a podiatrist? He told me waitressing is just like walking from here to there (pointing at the floor). Not quite, t a day ago Learn More a day ago a day ago a day ago Learn More a day ago
