How did you determine if it's Plantar Fasciitis or heel spur? My first steps aren't painful but sore, it goes away in a few mins but if I'm on my feet for 10-15 mins I start getting the pain, also I don't feel much pain when I walk, it's only when I'm standing still my heel starts to hurt.
