I am not interested in having surgery where they cut your fascia (it feels too permanent, like there is no going back and I’ve heard too many horror stories).
I’m considering plantar fascia embolization OR high intensity shock wave (not to be confused with the low intensity- I’ve had 6 sessions of that).

I’ve had plantar fasciitis for about 8 months now. I’ve tried all the things from stretches to ice to hoka shoes. I work in healthcare so I’m constantly on my feet and stand for long periods of time. I recently heard of toe yoga and walking barefoot(slowly transitioning and doing about 10min a day). My feet are more sore and now the pain is throughout the day. My foot pain was improving before the toe yoga, it was just a very slow process. Now I’m wondering if toe yoga and going barefoot has made my plantar fasciitis more inflamed or if this is normal. Has anyone had this happen? I’m only on day 4 of toe yoga.

Day 3 of taking my plantar fasciitis recovery into my own hands. 👣✨ Every morning starts with a massage before I even begin my day. One day at a time, one step at a time. ❤️🩹 Also I’ve been sleeping with the Magnets in my compression sock! 🫠🤞🏽✨😮💨🧲 #TryingEverything #PlantarFascitis #FollowAlong
