I found the way to beat plantar fascitis pain. Break a toe on the same foot. Realistically do not do this but my poor foot cannot catch a break

I broke my foot! Plantar fasciitis isn’t bothering me a bit now - only upside 🤣 Hope you heal quickly!

I have broken toes on both feet since having PF for the last 4 years.Dont know how I did it.

I tore a tendon in my second toe. Worked great? Lmao

Same! Broken pinky toe on right. Twisted ankle and top of foot on left 😫

I have plantar fasciitis on my right foot and twice within the last couple months I have dropped something on that butt and really hurt it and injured it so I understand the first time it was hard to walk because of wear something dropped the second time it was easier to walk

I can empathize. I ended up with a stress fracture in my tibia on the same leg. Off my feet for over 3 months. PF is much better and fracture is healed.

Have your plantar plate checked on ultrasound. That’s exactly how I tore mine from a bad fall in 2019. 5 weeks post surgery from needing a plantar plate repair.

I’m currently on a cruise and walking sucks

Community comment#9

I broke one on the other foot pole dancing 🤣

I banged my foot off a radiator and broke two toes . So painful . Best wishes to you all x

same, tore it and the surgeon couldn't repair it until he had to cut a main nerve which could not be repaired after. So now I have neuropathy in that foot. 🥺

I read somewhere that a severe bunion can cause PF, probably because your walk is changed causing the PF. Guess I should get that bunion taken care of.

Yikes, but more seriously how do you like your Taos sandals? I got wonderful vs those because of the support but wondering how those are?

There are some joke running groups that appreciate stuff like this.

Or fall hit your head, break your wrist and fall on your kneecap so now my bad Foot has to take most of the weight. I am able to walk, which is good. It’s always something with us right
