I have alot of throbbing bunion pain. I'm having a hard time

I have alot of throbbing bunion pain. I'm having a hard time wearing sandals, I work a physical job, and have custom orthotics that help a bit. I also have alot of mid foot pain,both feet, like a plantar fasciitis but not quite. I have had that before and it hurts. I'm so scared to get the surgery because I need to work again. I'm on my feet alot. What do you all think? This is just getting worse every year. I'd like to do it before I'm 50 years old. Thanks everyone
