I have been suffering with Plantar fasciitis for about 15 mo

I have been suffering with Plantar fasciitis for about 15 months which has settled down to a much lower level of pain but know my arches have fallen almost flat on both feet and some of my Metatarsal Bones in both feet are more painful due to inflamation/pressure when walking. As I'm new on this site can anybody offer any solution to pain relief. I have taken anti inflamitry tabs, Ice packs, Prednisolone tabs, Foot pads and insoles all of which do not solve the problem. Gaylene Jee you might look into custom orthotics...I'm not saying it will be the be all end all but it would be a good start. Also, how are the shoes you normally wear? Is where the tip of your toes go to the ball of your big toe wide enough?

Same thing happened to me. Went to foot surgeon. He did an MRI and I needed posterior tibia tendon surgery. Iā€™d really have it checked.
