I have chronic plantar fasciitis and I’m struggling badly.
It started as classic heel pain with the first steps in the morning, mostly under the heel, but over time it became daily pain and now it is affecting me even at rest.
Some days it hurts so much that even when I am sitting or lying down I catch myself moaning from the pain. It is no longer only “first step pain.”
