I have had PF for 2 1/2 months. Terrible pain in both heels. Tried to treat myself and that didn't work so, I went to podiatrist. He did x-rays and it showed heel spurs and he said my symptoms and his exam indicates PF. I have been following his instructions to the T and, yesterday and today I am almost completely pain free! I saw him 10 days ago. He told me my tight calf muscles were causing the PF and I should also make sure to do the stretches before I put my feet on the
