I have severe plantar fasciitis and had unsuccessful surgery, so I now use this to help me get around. If I want to work in the United States, would this be considered an accessibility accommodation? Do I need to tell the employer about my condition in advance, or should I wait until after I’m hired? I’m worried that disclosing it upfront might affect my chances of getting hired.

If you need this to get around how would you get through the hiring process without it? I would certainly not try to keep it a secret and whether it is a required ADA accomodation will depend on the nature of the job and how many employees the employer has (if under 15 total they're not required to provide accommodations).
GentlePelican4286 But I mean, if I get accepted and they find out later that I have this kind of issue, would that be a problem? I can walk during the interview process and everything, but later I may need to use it inside the building if necessary.

I don't have job yet but I am applying to job in logistics and supply chain .
