I just diagnosed with pf and heel spurs in both feet. My right is worse than my left. He didn’t question and put cortisone in both feet right away to ease the pain. I’m on my feet all the time or even walking with very thin racing shoes as I race cars on very rough uneven ground. The pain is slowly coming back already.
