I suffer from chronic plantar fasciitis and severe arthritis

I suffer from chronic plantar fasciitis and severe arthritis in my feet. The only thing that helps is oral steroids. I've been on them on and off them for 55 years (asthma) and I’m well aware of the issues with them. The pain of injections v how long it lasts is simply not worth it.
