I wanted to share this for anyone in here who feels like there's no way out of plantar fasciitis right now. It can get better. But it takes time, consistency, and patience. I've been dealing with it since January 2025. Like a lot of people, I tried to push through it at first - kept running until around August when it finally stopped me in my tracks and had me limping.

May I ask how you do the calf stretches and what runners were you using along with the Oofos?

Thank you for the encouraging words! This all seems so hopeless sometimes. Did you have setbacks along your recovery journey?

I'm finally glad to see someone with results after strengthening the foot. Everyone seems to stretch but not strength train. I'm doing things similar to you. I am also a runner.

This really made me feel better! I think a lot of my issues stem from tight calves and weakness in my glutes, calves and hips.

Good advice. It's a marathon not a sprint. This developed over time and requires time to heal with proper exercise and treatment.

Thanks so much for the ideas and mainly the hope!
