I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis two years ago. Still treating it like it's plantar fasciitis, but doubting that it is. I am able to walk most of my work shift with minimal to no pain. But I cannot stand in one spot even for a couple of minutes. I stretch and I do strenthening like ankle strenthening and bridges/birddogs. I don't know what's wrong! I have mentioned this to doctors but they just look at me. Does anyone know?
