Im reading up on what to do about damaged tendons due to heel spurs. Both the info iv looked up and the doctor said surgery to remove the spurs isn't recommend. I'm told I should ice my feet and stretch them to heel them. what I cant get an answer on is....what good does all that do if I still have the spurs? Won't it just continue damaging my feet and tendons? doctor have literally been no help. Just told to take naproxen and s
