I'm supposed to use my foot boot for an hour twice a day for my diagnosed Fasciitis of the heel and I have been. I believe my heel is actually bruised rather than having Plantar Fasciitis because I definitely landed really hard on my heel on a large rock twice. I read that for bruising I should keep my leg elevated some above my heart, so I got a plastic tote turned upside down on my bed to rest that leg on with the brace.
