I've been diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis & Sinus Tarsi syn

I've been diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis & Sinus Tarsi syndrome & chronic postoperative pain... Surgical history tarsal coalition resection and excision of anterior process of the calcaneus fracture fragment. What helped.. Steroid shots which only provided transient benefit for a week.. I may be a candidate for DRG. But all these what ifs.. back to working full time hours. I need to work. But it's so hard to have the drive and continue.
