I’ve been reading and researching for awhile now on PF. I have been wearing Hoka’s for awhile now and realized most all the cushioned shoes do more harm than good. Just got my first pair of Altra Escalante and was concerned going from cushioned to a zero drop ones, but so far I’m noticing only good results. The wide box toes feel fantastic, but I’m thinking of getting some toe socks because I feel like regular ones are restricting my toes. Any recommendations for some toe socks?I’m interested in ankle style ones only. TIA

Urgent
Hello!
Have any of you or your friends gone through severe foot burning and heel pain for a prolonged period? This is for a friend who is going through this issue for over 2 years now & no doctors are just being able to diagnose it!!! All tests done - everything clear. If any of you know of someone who has faced a similiar issue & is now fully treated, please help - any leads would be appreciated.
Thank you

I'm tired of buying sneakers and finding that they irritate my PF. Does anyone have tried and true recommendations for walking sneakers for a low arch and wide toe box?
