I had both feet done at the same time along with my heel spur removed on my left foot. Now on to hand surgery this Thursday. Lol. No photo description available. After over nine months of suffering with pain in my left heel that has been so excruciating at times I have considered going to the emergency room. I have done hours of research and last night I learned that the heel pain can be caused by a bunion which is much more common in women than men. I am mediately thought about the small bunion on the side of my big toe and the doctor was saying it could be calls from wearing shoes that did not fit correctly that caused the big toe to turn in towards the second toe. In the YouTube video that I will share below the doctor shared some toe spacers that will help correct the big toe from turning in words. Out of desperation I had some duct tape and I taped my two toes together making my big toe straight. Within just a few minutes I noticed the pain in my heel was much better. I have been wearing the tape for several hours and I am able to walk without any pain. Again I know this sounds crazy and too good to be true but it is actually working for me and I wanted to share it. This probably sounds really crazy.
