Just had my 3rd ESWT shockwave treatment with no improvement yet. I may consider moving onto plasma injections if this doesn't work. There are 2 types offered. One is your own plasma and the other is umbilical cord plasma which is much more expensive but supposedly has better results. He didn't give me a quote bc price changes. That will also be an out of pocket expense. If that doesn't work I will resort to surgery. Ugh.
