Just want to ask a question my heel hurts but also my whole foot the balls of my feet to my toes and up around ankles hurts too. It's like a burning almost like neuropathy stinging hot achy feeling. Sometimes feels like little needles going into all my foot. Is that how plantar fasciitis hurts?? It does hurt more when I wake up and there's a tightness feeling. I started a new job this year 7 to 8 hours on my feet it's on concrete. I use the cushion pads that we can stand on at work that seems to help some. But I have to wear a slip resistant shoes I bought Hoka and Skechers first I thought the Hoka was helping better but I'm not sure now one pair of the Skechers is too hard the other pair I'm wearing now it still hurts. Any suggestions on a shoe that slip resistant and wide foot would be helpful. And what are some of the things that you all do to help the relief with the pain that am feeling.

I have a condition called Chronic regional pain syndrome in my left foot, and your description matches thst more than PF. The problem I'm having is that CRPS makes anything/everything hurt way out of proportion to what's going on so the PF in that foot is off the charts. Many other neuropathy pain conditions often feel that way too. If I were you, I wouldn't try to just gut it out trying suggestions you read in here. Neuropathy is a whole different animal and can become even more debilitating than PF if left untreated, or treated the wrong way

Try and Kuru. My feet no longer scream at me.

Plantar fascitis is all heel pain

I wear Gravity Defyer with an orthotic insert. Try a boot when you're not working and see if that helps.

My PF is in the heel region (and sometimes up the back of my ankle but not as painful). There’s definitely tightness in the fascia in the middle bottom part of the foot between the heel and the ball of the foot but it’s not really a painful thing. It’s the heel that is really painful. Yes, it does feel like little tiny knives sticking in my heel with every step. I think in your case I would go see a doctor. Get started finding out what you really have and how to treat it.

My own PF is under the heel area. The heal itself was hurting at first but now almost gone. If you have pain in other areas i suspect it may not be PF. Best to check with a professional

Sounds like a nerve issue.

My PF spread into my Achilles as well. Could have been due to wearing the Koprez

Had PF in right foot for about 2 yrs. It improved lately but started hurting recently so a week ago used a massage gun in arch very low. Big mistake! Now having to stay off feet. But I noticed sitting on sofa to keep feet on floor closer to the bottom sofa. I’m tall and long legged. Going to foot doctor in 2 weeks. Can’t get appt till then.

Can be vitamin D deficiency. Stop drinking caffeinated coffee.

It sounds like you have multiple foot issues. I have arthritis and neuropathy on top of the PF. Go to a podiatrist to get a full diagnosis.
