Edit: Thanks everyone for the comments, as still unsure which one it is I'm gonna go to a podiatrist just to be safe I was honestly just hoping for a lump of dry skin
Sorry for the foot pic -- but does anyone know what this is? I've had it for months its a lump and it hurts to walk/stand on sometimes. This partnered with PF and a bunion isn't the dream for this poor foot

62 years old, my first bout with horrible plantar fasciitis in my right foot. Pics are to show my extremely high arches. Before I spend hundreds more dollars I would love to connect with some of you who have high arches like me. I have already purchased several brands of shoes which only make the pain worse.
