Looking good 5 days out! Took this in the doctor’s office… I am still in a boot until my next post op appointment. What I find super frustrating is being single and not having someone around to help me. I am sure I am overdoing things but I have no choice. Anyone else have this experience with their surgery? Or hopefully you are all lucky to have supportive people in your lives! All reactions:

Gail Scott My daughter is and she told me a month ago that she started with planter fasciitis. She said her left heel was extremely painful too. I noticed her shoe she wears are relatively flat, easy to move around she said. Because I suffer from PF I explained to her more or less what she must do. I’ll see her the end of the month and gear from her if she changed to a different trainer etc.

Im not expecting the shoes to be a cure just want to be able to move around To complicated the PF I have horrible balance. Ive seen several “barefoot” shoes with zero drop. Any experience?
