My pain is in this area. I’m okay walking. But, when I’m at rest, this area, on both feet, throb and ache deeply. Feels like something is contracting and no amount of No photo description available. Shared post Ellen Elizabeth Apparently I had a significant ankle sprain that didn't heal well at some point on my left foot. I can't remember a time that my ankle actively bothered me, but it showed up on my MRI The left foot is the one where the PF really bothers me, I do have it in my right but it's not bad at all. Has anyone found a way of supporting their ankle that helped their PF? Tried an ankle brace from Amazon but it feels very bulky under shoes.
