My second day of using one of these to help the blood flow. It helps. I bought it from Tesco yesterday. Excuse my uncarpeted bedroom floor Cathy Moulton Dawson 62 years old, my first bout with horrible plantar fasciitis in my right foot. Pics are to show my extremely high arches. Before I spend hundreds more dollars I would love to connect with some of you who have high arches like me. I have already purchased several brands of shoes which only make the pain worse. Hokas, Brooks, Ooifos, etc.  I think I developed the PF because my left hip has been hurt and I was limping for about a year. Just had hip replaced and it’s doing gr Yuv Nika Deep Space · Middle Mountain Guys the only thing gave me relief after 10 years or battling,limping constant pain...— feeling relieved.
