Need advice transitioning to zero drop shoes.
Does this really have to be a drawn out process? I wore a variety of shoes before PF and wore Holkas for 1-3 mile walks/5 days per week. I also wore Altra Lone Peak on occasion to walk in a grassy park, because they were waterproof (had no clue they were zero drop and in fact was blissfully unaware of toe drop in general).
