New here, hello. Had a bad sprain years ago, and had slight pain long after. Three years ago, I went to Europe for 2 weeks and the walking aggravated it into tendinitis. I went to an orthopedic and he put me in a boot for a few months. Still had pain after and went to podiatrist. She was mad that he put me in the boot for so long. I ended up with steroid injections and it helped for about 2 months. She never said anything about PF, even after mri.
