My daughter is and she told me a month ago that she started with planter fasciitis. She said her left heel was extremely painful too. I noticed her shoe she wears are relatively flat, easy to move around she said. Because I suffer from PF I explained to her more or less what she must do. I’ll see her the end of the month and hear from her if she changed to a different trainer etc.
