My daughter is and she told me a month ago that she started with planter fasciitis. She said her left heel was extremely painful too. I noticed her shoe she wears are relatively flat, easy to move around she said. Because I suffer from PF I explained to her more or less what she must do. I’ll see her the end of the month and hear from her if she changed to a different trainer etc.

I have recently had the injection in my foot after several rounds of shock waves, the injection wasn’t as horrific as told and I have a phobia. The instant relief however I noticed the pain more in the other foot. I went for a ultrasound yesterday and they could see the difference with and without the injection

I’ve just had guided injections in both feet (2 weeks apart) I found walking after rough as it was really bruised. Definitely feeling the benefit now though.
