Shared post Debbie Sue So I have had heel pain for months now and presumed it was plantar fasciitis. The past day or so I was getting weird stabbing burning pain in my heel at rest. Coming and going. So severe I was kind of freaked out. I took ibuprofen 600mg x 2 yesterday and had foot reflexology. I was still getting the stabbing pains right after the massage. Then last night and today… no pain.
