So dealing with PF for over 18 months, a new podiatrist finally took some action, got a depo-medrol shot and it took my pain down to a 1-2 from a constant 5-6 with a 7-8 in the morning. It's been a week since the shot and foot is feeling better each day. I combined it with new Sof Sol PF insoles as the podiatrist recommended getting a heel cup. And restarted using the night splint. Feeling like my old self again and going to start hiking again.
