Took it for just over a month no significant changes for me besides that I slept terrible. (15mg) Would wake at like 2am and couldn't fall back asleep. Took a week or two after coming off to return to normal sleep patterns. Started Shockwave therapy and have been seeing some progress with that

I am obviously not a health professional but are you sure it is or just is Plantar Fasciitis? I thought it was at the bottom of the heel and very tight sore calves?
