Thank you for adding me to this group. I suffer from Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome (bi-lateral), and Plantar Fasciitis and am looking for ideas and support on how to manage my foot pain without having surgery. So far, I've tried nerve meds (Gabapentin, Cymbalta) but they had negative effects on my liver/kidneys and did not provide any relief. My doc does have me on pain meds, which I monitor very closely. I've had a few complications wth m
