Thanks to my Chiropractor (and Kate Leonard who recommended him), I am finally regaining my mobility! Dr. Rower has done multiple foot adjustments and because of him my whole body is moving better. Sorry, I tried that drama for a long time. It caused more pain, didn't work for me at all.

Gaylene Jee good luck with your search....ever since I was small I haven't been able to go skating because of my glad feet and how much my feet hurt from scrunched up my toes when I got on the ice. Walking in the skates to get on/off the ice no problem. But while on the ice it was extremely painful so I never put a pair of skates on ever

Burning is not a symptom of PF.
