The metarsal bones are now slipping in both feet. I have read up that one of the reasons it might be is the fat pad thinning. I was wondering if that caused anyone else bone to drop and what they have done to fix it. And if they need to inject stuff to help keep it in place does it hurt when they injecting the stuff. I just want to know before I make an appointment to see the doctor to discuss treatment

Anyone have Asics in a wide fitting toe box ?. One of my toes is hurting like hell so yesterday the sheets touching against it and my stocking touching against it is hurting like hell and when I press on the toenail it sends a shooting pain up through my toe so I'm wondering if a wide fitting trainer would help

Sounds like an ingrown toenail. Wide toe box sneakers are best for PF regardless and certain brands make them (I don’t think asics).

Do anyone get problems with their metarsal area and toes. Some times my metarsal slips out of place and now my toes are slipped out of place. I don't know what is causing it

Does anyone have a problem with the metarsal bone area. Mine feels like it's dropping out of place every so often making it harder to walk as it's so painful. Each time it happens I have to put a heap of cotton wool in a dressing and tape it under the area to make it softer to walk
