THINK ABOUT THESE: If I did not use orthotics right at the very first onset of my plantar fasciitis that deteriorated into achilles tendinosis, could I have been healed immediately right at the very start? I am TRULY beginning to wonder. Those insoles, orthotics, foamy slippers and shoes babied my feet.
