This may help you..I wish I Knew the signs earlier in my 30's. IM NOW 52. Important info if you also have "Psoriasis" as well as the awful plantar fascia issues.. I've suffered several flare ups of PF..treated and went away, came back 3x. My psoriatic condition started showing in my nails (30'S), thought it was nail fungus. Treated but not cured.
