Ugh-- Metatarsal pain is back 6 months after plantar fasciitis surgery. Hurts to walk, at the point where my food rotates over the toes
Surgery in Dec, pain in March 6 weeks. Then fine, then pain again June 18th. Unfortunately I started a month long trip to Asia and am currently limping around India on tours
Ibuprofen and ice (if I can get my hands on it) and limping is all I can do. But here I am. If you can see the two bridges in the video, I had to walk all the down
