Update:::**** I still get tingling under my foot and when I do I just keep shaking my legs and hips vigorously! Im back in my old flat sneakers and im not using any kind of cushioned inserts! I just keep trying to shake my tight tendons loose Vigurously! I lost a couple pounds too so far, I know loosing some weight will help my feet!
