Well I finally had confirmed by my GP yesterday what I’d suspected for years - plantar fasciitis (as well as osteoarthritis in my knees which I already knew about lol) Has anyone had good results with steroid injection for PF? I have the steroid injection in my knee joint for the osteoarthritis which helps a lot . I’ve been having a lot of tightness in what feels like the back and side of my heel , is that a plantar fasciitis thing ? So many questions lol

Hey independents, remember when insurers actually used to limit the number of contracts/agencies in a certain area? Apparently, those days are long gone.
