Well-being in different groups as well and studying and doing history on PF I’m really starting to believe plantar fasciitis goes dormant, but never goes away it looks like all we can do is ease the pain with footwear sock wear stretches and all the above

Yep. I have good days and I have bad days. Really wish I could at least stretch.

My doctor said it could take up to 6 months for the swelling to go down. I had my surgery in February and still have slight swelling.
