I have multiple issues going on with both my feet, from plantar fasciitis, bunions, and bunionettes, heal spurs on bottom and back of heels plus accessory ossicle all of this is in both feet. One issue compounds the other and it’s a challenge to be pain free. I’ve tried several good expensive shoes with little to no relief. I work in food service and on my feet all day so I need slip resistant as well which has made it more frustrating. Just curious if anyone has had similar experiences. If so did you get/find relief outside of surgery? Had 3 rounds of injections and Dr is recommending orthotics and/ or surgery. Don’t like either idea. Since orthotics haven’t worked for me in the past. Hi recently joined. If so, did you gradually transition to a lower drop or go cold turkey? Shared post MotivatedParrot5062 What are people using for around the house shoes to support plantar partial tear and plantar fas. Any recommendations please. Archie slides and thongs are too high arch and cause issues with hips and whole alignment and tingling of feet. Have done the boot offloading.
