When you know you've walked too much and your feet are throb
When you know you've walked too much and your feet are throbbing by the end of the day, what do you do to relieve the pain? I try not to take over the counter meds. Is heat working better for you than ice? Some of you have been using castor oil. How does this help the PF? I can't find any research on it online.
