I had surgery nov 3. The one where he cut the bone and reset it. I had a set back and it added recovery time. I got out of the walking boot tuesday but it hurts to walk and my foot is swollen. I'm just very frustrated. I ordered some comfrey salve and copper socks cus they can't hurt at this point. I'm just frustrated and reaching out cus i need to hear that it gets better and that this isn't forever. Karate is starting back up - i do it with my 9 yr old and this semester my husband is joining us. But i have at least 2 more weeks before i can even partially participate and that saddens me. I'm just so frustrated.
